Follow a workshop

Open the workshop

In the Dalfin sidebar, select Workshop. Workshop Studio lists the available workshops. On the one you want, select Open runner. The workshop opens on its first page.

Find your way around

The left panel shows the workshop's title, level, length (for example 45 min or Self-paced), your progress ("2 of 8 complete") and the list of pages. On a narrow screen, select Contents at the top to show it. The right side lists the headings On this page; select one to jump to it.

Read a page

Each page shows where you are ("Step 1 of 8") at the top, followed by the lesson.

Open the app beside the lesson

If the workshop has an app, select Open app at the top to show it in a pane next to the lesson; select Hide app to close it. Some pages also have an Open beside button for a particular address. In the pane you can select New tab to open the app in its own tab, Swap to change the layout, or Close. If the app can't be shown inside the pane, you see a message and an Open in a new tab button.

Run a check

Some pages include a check that tests whether you completed a step. Select Run check. You see whether it passed, with details; if it failed there may be a hint telling you what to do. Select Run again after fixing it.

Mark the page complete

Tick Mark complete at the top of the page. The progress in the left panel goes up. Untick it to undo.

Move to the next page

At the bottom, select Next to go on (this also marks the current page complete) or Previous to go back. On the last page, select Mark this page complete under End of workshop.

Search the workshop

Type at least two letters in Search this workshop at the top and select a result to jump to that page.
